Site Visit

One of the owners meets you at the property, measures, and discusses scope, materials and budget. Most site visits are scheduled within the week.

Written Estimate

You receive an itemized estimate with a realistic start window and duration. Nothing is scheduled until the scope is agreed in writing.

Construction

The crew arrives as scheduled with an owner on site. You are updated as the work progresses, the parts of your home we are not working on are protected, and the site is cleaned daily.

Walkthrough

The finished project is reviewed with you in detail. Anything that is not right is corrected before the job is closed out.

Are estimates free?

Yes. One of the owners visits the property, reviews the project with you and provides a written, itemized estimate. There is no charge and no obligation. Most site visits are scheduled within the week.

Custom decks, porches, pergolas and fences; kitchen and bathroom remodeling; home additions, garages, post and beam outbuildings and basement finishing; and custom carpentry such as built-ins, mudrooms, slat walls and trim. Projects range from a single built-in to a full addition.

Who will be working on my home?

Caleb and Micah, the owners, lead every project and are on site daily. The company does not hand projects to a separate crew or a project manager you have never met.

Is M&C Carpentry insured?

Yes. M&C Carpentry LLC is fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance before work begins.

How far in advance should I book?

Deck and exterior work books up for spring and summer, so schedule a site visit early. Interior remodeling and custom carpentry can often be scheduled through the winter.
